TEACHING ARTIST - Yoga
Clara began her journey into yoga 20 years ago with a single thought of wanting to shift something within herself. This inward inquiry became the spark that lit the journey of Self discovery. With the guidance of two very important teachers, she gained insight into the obstacles on this journey and more importantly, teachings on how to overcome them. She went on to complete over 500 hours of teacher training and continues the inward inquiry that perpetually deepens her studies. Her passion is sharing ways to clear the body and mind, so that the spaciousness of the most expansive love can shine through our awareness.

She teaches art to children and adults at various locations on and around the Sunshine Coast. Her artwork will be on display next Spring at FibreWorks Gallery.
